Sheriff’s Meadow Foundation expresses its sincere gratitude to Nevenka K. Daniels
for her devoted service to Sheriff’s Meadow as our Office Manager. Nevenka worked for Sheriff’s Meadow Foundation for over13 years, from January 2008 to January of 2021.
For most of her tenure, Nevenka served as the Office Manager. She warmly greeted all those who visited the Sheriff’s Meadow Foundation office and the Wakeman Center, organized and supplied the many board and committee meetings held at the Center, and kept all of the office and administra- tive functions of the Foundation running smoothly. She organized regular volunteer mailing events, and always made sure that all volunteers were happily welcomed, provided with refreshments, and kept very busy. Nevenka launched and hosted our annual volunteer appreciation luncheons.
Most of all, Nevenka Daniels provided the primary staff support for the Annual Summer Benefit. Always cheerful, always unruffled, Nevenka tended to every last detail of these complicated, significant events —the chief fundraising events for Sheriff’s Meadow Foundation. Nevenka saw to it that everyone was graciously welcomed, that every detail was addressed, that any problems were corrected, and the event flowed smoothly for all. Through her work, she made possible an elegant, enjoyable event that provided critical operating sup- port and truly helped to connect Sheriff’s Meadow Foundation with its supporters.
