Lou Quattrucci is a life-long Vineyard visitor who moved to the Island full time in 2018. His ginger-bread house in the “campground” was previously owned by his grandmother, where he fell in love with the Island as a child and later, working summer jobs in college for his uncle (Jack Gray) in construction. He spent four decades in sales & marketing roles in financial services and now runs Cottage City Charters and also advertising sales for Vineyard Style Magazine (including the Home + Design Resource Guide, and GoodEatsMV). Lou also started the non-profit volunteer MV Pulse Project last year which has donated a dozen AED’s including CPR training to Vineyard community organizations including the MV Agricultural Society, Hospice & Palliative Care MV, First Congregational Church of West Tisbury, Old Whaling Church, Cedar Tree Neck Sanctuary, and others.
Lou has been indirectly connected to Sheriff’s Meadow Foundation (SMF) in a variety of ways over the years including his son (also Lou) having worked at Cedar Tree Neck for two summers. He’s a regular hiker at SMF properties including several visits to Red Gate over recent years through his connection to Chris Alley. He has a wonderful network of friends and colleagues, a passion for the outdoors and brings a year-round Island perspective to the SMF board.
