Tuesday, August 23rd, 9 AM – Caroline Tuthill Preserve
Join SMF staff on Tuesday, August 23rd at 9am to explore the Caroline Tuthill Preserve in Edgartown. Learn about native flora as you walk the winding trails through pitch pine and oak woodlands, around freshwater wetlands, and down to the shores of Sengekontacket Pond. Please wear hiking shoes or boots, and prepare for a walk that may include sections of technical terrain. The walk will begin at our new trailhead, located off Edgartown-Vineyard Haven Road approximately .5 miles to the west of the triangle.
